ROLE: COMMUNITY OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
DIRECTORATE: Community Supports and Service
GRADE: 2
REPORTING TO: Post Contract Co-Ordinator
ROLE PURPOSE/ SUMMARY
Working as part of a team within the Central Operations Unit, the
Administrator is responsible for ensuring all administration systems
within the Directorate are operating and reporting to the highest
possible standard. They will also liaise with colleagues on an
inter/intra-Directorate basis to ensure the efficient and effective
delivery of all activities with a clear emphasis on delivering a
service of excellence to internal and external stakeholders. As a core
member of the team, the Administrator will contribute to the
development, enhancement and implementation of business systems and
processes to support efficient and effective delivery of all case
management and risk management obligations.
